Blah…
A recent comment by a friend reminded that me that I have not posted in awhile. I opened up the ol’ blog and realized it had been a really long time. So here is what has been happening… I had all my wisdom teeth pulled on July 17th. I go to a dentist that offers “twilight sleep” as a way to overcome my dental fears. Basically, what happens is that you take substantial doses of Halcion that causes you to sleep the whole time and also causes a mild retrograde amensia, so that I have very few memories of the event. It was awesome! Hardly any swelling and a quick recovery, so yeah for Dr. Schneider. I had a follow-up appointment today and the healing is going well and additional dental work was accomplished without any pain.
Sally is growing up sooo fast! In the last few days she found her climbing skills and is all over the couches now. We are bracing for the day she realizes she can get out of her crib, but until she does I would ask all my readers to keep that bit of info to yourself, as we are in no hurry to have her out and about whenever she feels like it. She can say mommy, daddy, tree, plane, get down, all done, and lots of other cool stuff. She is totally amazing and Christie deserves sooooo much credit for how awesome she is. She is so patient and gentle with her, and she is always teaching her something. Thanks love…
What else… not much else is blogworthy at this time. If I think of anything else, I will post it up. I promise there will not be another month before the next post.
